How do I sign in?
Enter your email address. We send a 6-digit code to that address — type it in and you're in. No password required.
The code didn't arrive.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing shows up after two minutes, write to support@directsia.com and we'll sort it out.
How do I add someone to a project?
Search for the person by name, open their profile, tap +, then pick an existing folder or create a new one. The same person can sit in as many folders as you need.
Can other people see my notes?
No. Notes and folders are private to your account. When you share a folder, the recipient gets a read-only view of the list — your notes are not included.
Do the people I share a link with need an account?
No. Share links open in any browser without sign-up.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your folders, notes, and profile. The action can't be undone. If you can't access the app, email support@directsia.com from your registered address and we'll process the deletion.
Where does the film and crew data come from?
The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Is my data used to train anything or sold to anyone?
